Exercise in Lockdown is necessary because we don't do work as earlier and have to get rid of fat that causes several health issues.

 As we all know the lockdown locks peoples at home and they don't do the daily works that they did before lockdown and that makes them getting fat and cause health problems. We are taking the same calories and diet we taking as before lockdown. That in short makes us lazy to do the task. If we don't burn extra calories we can make ourselves as fit as earlier. This lockdown is an opportunity to make yourself fit at home and spend time with family and take joy in the fresh air.

The second thing is that pandemic makes more things wrong but there is something that this lockdown make in a month that our government and peoples can't make in years. Due to lockdown, all the motor vehicles and social areas are now many cleaners also we seen the ocean and The Ganga river in India have not any pollutants like earlier. This lockdown makes our environment healthy and clean.

Drink freshness

A fresh start of exercise is always good with a prerequisite drink. So make sure every morning before doing exercise a fresh drink keeps your brain and body healthy, also it helps you to reduce calories. The fresh drink that is available at every home is green tea. Green tea makes your body healthy and also destroy and reduces toxic present in your body that can cause several diseases.

Also, make sure a fresh start with workups and running. That regulates blood properly in your body parts.
